1/2'' 3 Way, 2 Position Pneumatic Solenoid Valve
Technical Details
Product Overview
The 3V410-15 series pneumatic directional control valve is a reliable component designed for precise control in pneumatic systems. It is a 1/2" 3-Way, 2-Position Pneumatic Direction Control Valve with a single solenoid control and spring return function.
The 3V410-15 valve features a 3-way 2-position design. The three ports are all 1/2" Female NPT threaded ports which are widely used in the USA and on American made pneumatic components. NPT (National Pipe Thread) ports offer convenience and compatibility with a range of pneumatic fittings commonly found in the USA. The use of NPT ports eliminates the need for adapters or conversions when integrating the valve into existing pneumatic systems. All three ports are labeled by laser etching on its face, labeled as follows: P for the inlet or pressure port, A for the outlet, and R for the exhaust. When powered, the valve operates in the P to A position. When the power is removed, it opens the A to R position allowing for the pressure to exhaust.
Due to the large size and the air required, the 3V410-15 valve features a spring return function for reset. This is necessary due to its larger 1/2" size as the air volume required for an air return function to effectively reset the valve becomes significantly higher. As a result, the spring return function is more suitable and ensures reliable and efficient reset capabilities for the 1/2" size.
The 3V410-15 valve is constructed with durable materials, including aluminum alloy and NBR O-Rings, ensuring its ability to withstand demanding environments. This makes it suitable for any industrial application where precise pneumatic control is essential.
As with all of our valves this valve adheres to ISO9001 standards during manufacturing. It is designed to fit seamlessly into existing manifold setups by conforming to standard industry sizes. This valve is engineered to react quicker and use less power. We accomplish this by designing the stems to act in conjuntion with the specific voltage. The different stems allow for under .05 second reaction time. This comes standard with our advanced, Low-Power Coil. Coil currents should never be changed, AC valves should only use the AC coils and DC valves only DC coils due to this proprietary design.
