How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed in one of the following ways:
Online: You can conveniently add your items to a cart and check out directly on the website. Use our online order process with options to pay by Credit Card or PayPal.
Phone: Call 1-800-983-8230 to get in touch with our customer service department and place an order.
Email: Email us at email@example.com to place an order.
When will my item ship?
Orders typically placed before 3 pm EST on a business day will be shipped that same day. Orders after 3 pm or on non-business days will ship the following business day.
Can my order be expedited?
Yes, after you’ve added items to your cart you can calculate expedited options for your order. You can also call us for a shipping estimate.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost is based on the weight and destination area and will be calculated at checkout.
What shipping providers do you use?
We typically ship with the USPS and UPS based on the order. Shipping methods available are Economy, USPS Priority, UPS 3-Day Air, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next-Day Air. The shipping methods are available through online and phone orders. We do not ship with Fedex or DHL.
Can our shipment be billed to our UPS account?
Yes. If you’d like us to bill the shipment to your UPS account you can do so by requesting this service in the notes at checkout or calling us to place the order. Please remember to provide the account number as well as the accounts billing zip code.
Do you have a specific model valve (or part #)
We do not stock manufacturer replacement parts. In some instances our valves may substitute as a replacement.
Do you accept terms?
Yes, businesses, schools and government entities can purchase on credit. Most term accounts are subject to a minimum order. To purchase on credit please email us a purchase order with your credit references. The amount of credit provided will be determined by our accounting department.
How do I know if a specific valve is in stock?
Our online inventory is updated periodically throughout the day. If we don’t have the inventory to cover your order, you will not be able to proceed through checkout. Sometimes mistakes do happen so in the event we cannot fulfill the order we will contact you within one business day. If you’d like to confirm inventory please don’t hesitate to call us.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Money Orders.
What is your return policy?
An item can be returned if it has not been used, shows no signs of use and is returned in its original packaging within 90 days of the receipt of the product(s). Please refer to our return policy for complete terms and conditions.
I just placed my order; I ordered the wrong valve or gave an incorrect address.
In the event you noticed a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. We are usually able to rectify the mistake before it’s picked up by the carrier.
Do you accept special orders of large quantities or custom valves?
We generally keep a large inventory so big orders aren’t a problem. For large quantity orders please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
With our large network of suppliers and industry experience we can source many different types of valves as well as custom solutions. Keep in mind there may be special terms and minimum order quantities. Please email email@example.com with your requirements.
