Product Overview

9 to 24V AC/DC (auto detects voltage)

Electric Ball Valves make an excellent alternative to solenoid valves. This type of valve requires little power, can be installed outdoors and allows a full flow. The ball can make a full 90° rotation in about 4-5 seconds. This slow open/close time eliminates water hammer. Ball valves also work in both directions making them bi-directional. This specific valve has a 1” FNPT male and female port side. The body is made of brass, the ball is stainless and the sealing materials are a combination of Viton and PTFE. The motor is in a weather safe housing allowing it to be installed outdoors or in wet locations. The housing is rated NEMA 4 or IP67 equivalent.

The XR33 actuator that controls the valves position is configured with 3 separate wires. The black or neutral wire is connected to the ground. The red or positive wire is connected to the power. The green wire is the control wire that will change the position when power is applied or removed.
