Product Overview
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Atlantic Valve SRS-25 Series of 1”, Stainless Steel, Zero-Differential Steam Valves are electronically controlled solenoid valves for opening and closing the flow of air, inert gases, hot water, and steam. It is considered a normally closed valve which refers to it’s default position. In this instance the default or non-energized position is closed preventing flow. When power is applied this valve will snap open quickly and reliably allowing media to pass through. This valve was designed with choice materials to be able to handle high temperatures and pressures enabling it to control the flow of steam and hot liquids. This valve is tested to handle temperatures 32-356°F, 0-145 PSI for AC Voltages and 0-90 PSI for DC Voltages. This valve does not require a pressure differential to work properly, this means the valve will open and close accurately when the pressure on the inlet and outlet are equal. Keep in mind that this valve is uni-directional and cannot operate properly with any back pressure, back pressure can easily be avoided with the installation of a check valve downstream.
This valve comes standard with an upgraded 210 coil with DIN. The 210 DIN coil has an enclosure rating of IP64/NEMA 4, ideal for indoor or outdoor use, and can withstand splashing and light water jets from any direction. and can be quickly and conveniently connected with the 43560A DIN connector by threading the wires directly from the power source into the connector. AC voltages use 36VA and DC Voltages 38 Watts. If you are unsure of the current coming from your power supply please consult an electrician.
INDUSTRIAL GRADE STEAM VALVE
This industrial-grade steam valve uses only choice materials. The 304 Stainless Steel construction and Stainless Steel components are more resistant to corrosion and chemical reactions and withstand changes in temperature. The PTFE Seals offer excellent resistance to high temperatures and are the ideal choice for high-temperature applications such as steam control. This allows for high-temperature liquids and steam to be controlled safely. This valve's sturdy build coupled with the advanced 210 Series Coil that boasts a 100%ED rating makes this valve long-lasting and reliable.
