Shipping Information
All of our products are shipped from our distribution center located just outside of New York City. UPS Expedited and USPS Priority shipping options are also available if you need your valves expedited. USPS Priority service offers an approximate delivery time of 1–3 days depending on your location. All priority packages are insured and include tracking numbers. All of our valves are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive intact.
Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ElectricSolenoidValves.com is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.
Free Shipping
We know fast, affordable shipping matters, especially when you’re trying to finish a project or get a system back up and running. That’s why we offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $99.
Valves can be heavy, so based on the contents of your order, we reserve the right to choose the shipping provider that best fits the order. We currently ship using USPS and UPS. When you select the Free Shipping option, you can generally expect delivery within 8–10 business days, although timing may vary depending on your location. Tracking is included with all free shipping orders.
How do you apply Free Shipping to your order?
When you're ready to check out, you’ll be offered a few shipping options. If your order qualifies for free shipping, simply select that option at checkout.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Buyer is responsible for import fees. International shipping charges can be calculated once items are placed in your cart or at checkout.
Handling Time
We know you want your products ASAP, so we do our best to send out your orders as quickly as possible. In-stock orders are typically processed the same business day or within 1 business day, depending on the time the order is received. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary for special-order, backordered, or high-volume items.
Return Policy
At ElectricSolenoidValves.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we strive for perfect transactions every time, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. To help ensure a smooth return process, we’ve established the following guidelines:
- If ElectricSolenoidValves.com ships the wrong item or otherwise makes an order fulfillment error, please contact us promptly. Upon verification, we will provide instructions to correct the issue at no additional cost to the customer.
- An item may be returned only if it has not been used, shows no signs of use, and is returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be accepted, returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Any products received in a condition other than new will be refused.
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, exposed to media, wired, cut, altered, or returned in non-resalable condition are not eligible for return.
- Any product with snipped, shortened, stripped, spliced, or otherwise altered wires/leads is considered non-resalable and is not eligible for return.
- All properly returned products approved under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Any approved refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs, following inspection, testing where applicable, and approval of the returned item.
- If you wish to return a product for any reason, please call us or email sales@electricsolenoidvalves.com to obtain an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Returns received without prior authorization will be refused. Returns received outside the return window will also be refused.
- All sales are final on special-order, custom-configured, non-stock, clearance, discounted, and non-cancellable/non-returnable items.
Receipt of Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Product(s)
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
Any claim for shipping damage, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported to ElectricSolenoidValves.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Claims must include photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. All original packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved. Claims reported after 14 days may be denied.
If the item was damaged prior to use and the claim is submitted within the required window, we will review the claim and provide further instructions.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, you will be contacted.
If we do not receive a response within 14 days after the returned shipment is received, the order will be treated as canceled and any eligible refund will be issued for the product value only, less the applicable 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
Reshipment is available upon request with payment of additional shipping charges.
