The UBP-15K is a 1/2" Brass Piloted Solenoid Valve with NBR seals. It allows flow to continue when power is removed. The valve is UL Recognized. Certifications are available upon request.
This normally open valve suits safety driven applications and utility systems. It is commonly used where fail open behavior protects equipment or processes.
Its piloted design supports higher flow than direct acting valves when pressure conditions allow. The brass body and stainless steel internal components support continuous duty operation.
Reliable actuation requires a 4.5 PSI minimum inlet pressure due to the pilot-operated construction. Verify proper pressure levels in applications with limited vertical head or elevation constraints. Not designed for gravity-fed use.
Each unit ships with a mounted solenoid coil and DIN electrical connection. Multiple voltage options are available.
