Product Overview
If you need to switch the direction of flow this 3-way valve might be the best choice. Having 1” NPT Female ports on all three connections and a ¾” orifice you’ll get more flow than any other 3-way valve we offer. This 3 directional valve features an “L” type configuration to switch positions. This means a single direction will flow until the valve is powered and the position is set to change. The internal components of the valve are a stainless ball, Viton seal and the ball seat is PTFE. These components are all compatible with a wide range of chemicals such as fuel, weak acids and many others. This valve features a 3 wire control. A connection is made to the power and ground and the third wire is used as a control switch. The best part about ball valves is that they can hold position without overheating.
Another benefit of this 3_way ball valve is its IP67 / NEMA 4 enclosure. This allows the valve to be installed in a wide range of environments. The valves actuator works within a range from 9 to 24V DC or AC. Internal controllers will auto detect the voltage. When actuated the valve will take approximately 5 seconds to fully switch position, which eliminates water hammer.
