Product Overview

The UBP-25 is a 1" Pilot Operated Solenoid Valve with NBR seals. It supports dependable on off control in higher flow water and utility applications. The valve is UL Recognized. Certification details are available upon request.

This normally closed valve uses a piloted operating principle. It handles greater flow rates than smaller or direct acting valves when pressure conditions allow. Installers commonly use it in industrial and commercial piping systems.

The brass valve body supports non-corrosive fluids. Stainless steel internal components promote stable operation in continuous duty environments. Suitable media include water, air, compatible liquids, and light oils.

A minimum inlet pressure of 4.5 PSI is required to operate this pilot-actuated valve. Ensure adequate pressure is available, especially where head pressure is reduced. Gravity-fed configurations are not recommended.

Each valve ships with a factory mounted solenoid coil. Multiple voltage options and a DIN electrical connection support straightforward installation.

Why UL Recognition Matters

UL Recognition verifies that the electrical components meet specific UL safety criteria. This reduces compliance friction during inspection and supports easier acceptance in UL-listed panels and regulated commercial installations.

Always follow proper installation practices and confirm material compatibility with your fluid, pressure, and temperature requirements.
