1" UPVC Anti-Corrosive Solenoid Valve
Technical Details
Product Overview
The PAC-25 is a 1" UPVC Solenoid Valve designed for chemical, saltwater, chlorine, and industrial process systems that require a non-metallic flow path and reliable electric on-off control.
Operators commonly install this valve in chemical transfer piping, neutralization headers, chlorine circulation systems, saltwater handling lines, and corrosive recirculation loops where metal valves degrade, contaminate media, or fail prematurely. The UPVC body creates a corrosion-resistant, non-metallic flow path with no metal wetted parts, helping extend service life in aggressive environments. The combination of UPVC construction and Viton seals provides strong resistance to many industrial chemicals, including diluted acids, alkalis, chlorine solutions, and saline fluids, while keeping the valve lightweight and easy to mount in skid-based or fixed installations.
The PAC-25 uses a pilot-operated, normally closed operating design. The valve opens when energized and closes automatically when power is removed. This behavior helps maintain controlled flow conditions during normal operation and unexpected shutdowns.
A low-power solenoid coil limits heat buildup and reduces electrical demand during continuous service. The sealed DIN electrical connection and protected coil housing allow the valve to operate reliably in damp, outdoor, or chemically aggressive environments.
With higher flow capacity than smaller PAC models, this 1" UPVC Solenoid Valve fits chemical transfer lines, chlorine feed systems, neutralization tanks, saltwater recirculation systems, and mid-size process loops where corrosion resistance, non-metallic construction, and dependable electrically actuated shutoff are required
Always confirm chemical compatibility for UPVC and Viton with your specific media before selection.
