2" UPVC Anti-Corrosive Solenoid Valve
Technical Details
Product Overview
The PAC-50 is a 2" UPVC Solenoid Valve designed for very high-flow chemical, chlorine, saltwater, and wastewater systems that require corrosion resistance, non-metallic construction, and reliable electric shutoff. It is engineered for demanding applications where material compatibility and long-term durability are essential.
As the largest valve in the PAC series, this model is commonly installed in bulk chemical handling systems, large neutralization processes, chlorine circulation systems, saltwater handling lines, recirculation loops, and corrosive wastewater discharge lines where metallic valves may fail due to chemical exposure, scaling, or contamination. The UPVC body provides a fully non-metallic wetted path with no metal wetted parts, offering strong resistance to acids, alkalis, chlorine solutions, saline fluids, and many aggressive industrial chemicals.
The PAC-50 uses a pilot-operated, normally closed configuration. The valve opens when power is applied and returns to a closed state when power is removed, helping prevent uncontrolled flow during electrical outages or system shutdowns.
An energy-saving solenoid coil is supplied to limit heat buildup and reduce electrical demand during continuous operation. The sealed DIN electrical connector and protected coil enclosure support reliable performance in outdoor, washdown, damp, or chemically harsh environments.
With the highest flow capacity in the PAC lineup, this 2" UPVC Solenoid Valve works well in 2" process mains, bulk chemical transfer lines, chlorine feed systems, saltwater circulation systems, and high-volume corrosive process loops where both flow capacity, non-metallic construction, and material compatibility are critical.
Always confirm chemical compatibility for UPVC and Viton with your specific media before selection.
