Product Overview

The UBP-20 is a 3/4" Pilot Operated Solenoid Valve with NBR seals. It operates in a normally open state and allows flow when power is removed. The valve is UL Recognized. Certification details are available upon request.

This valve suits water and utility systems that must maintain flow during power loss. Common uses include bypass lines, safety driven processes, and control systems that require intentional shutdown.

The valve relies on pilot operation and must have at least 4.5 PSI at the inlet for dependable cycling. Confirm adequate line pressure in installations with limited head or elevation changes. Do not use in gravity-only feed systems.

Its piloted design supports higher flow capacity when pressure differential is available. The brass body and stainless steel internal components provide durability in commercial and industrial environments.

Because this is a pilot-operated valve, at least 4.5 PSI inlet pressure is required for correct performance. Ensure system pressure remains sufficient, particularly in low static head conditions. Gravity-fed systems are not recommended.

Each valve includes a mounted solenoid coil with multiple voltage options. A standard DIN connection supports easy integration into control panels.

Why UL Recognition Matters

UL Recognition confirms compliance with applicable UL electrical safety standards. This reduces electrical risk and supports consistent performance in panel-mounted and automation applications.

Always follow proper installation practices and confirm material compatibility with your fluid, pressure, and temperature requirements.
