3/4" UPVC Anti-Corrosive Solenoid Valve
Technical Details
Product Overview
The PAC-20 is a 3/4" UPVC Solenoid Valve is built for medium-flow chemical, saltwater, chlorine, and industrial process applications that require corrosion resistance and dependable electrically actuated shutoff.
Typical uses include neutralization equipment, plating and surface treatment systems, corrosive washdown lines, chlorine feed lines, saltwater handling system, and process piping where metallic valve bodies are not suitable. The UPVC valve body creates a fully non-metallic flow path with no metal wetted parts, helping prevent corrosion, scaling, and contamination in chemically aggressive environments. The combination of UPVC construction and Viton seals provides strong resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals, including diluted acids, alkalis, chlorine solutions, and saline fluids.
This model operates with a pilot-operated, normally closed design. The valve opens when energized and closes automatically when electrical power is removed, supporting safe operation in systems where flow must stop during power loss.
To support continuous operation, the PAC-20 is equipped with an energy-efficient solenoid coil that reduces heat generation and electrical demand. A sealed DIN electrical connection and enclosed coil housing allow reliable use in wet, humid, or corrosive environments.
With moderate flow capacity, this 3/4" UPVC Solenoid Valve works well in chemical transfer lines, acid wash loops, chlorine circulation systems, neutralization tanks, saltwater recirculation systems, and small process headers where controlled flow, corrosion resistance, and material compatibility are critical.
Always confirm chemical compatibility for UPVC and Viton with your specific media before selection.
