Product Overview
Our 1-1/2" 24 Volt DC Normally Open Stainless Steel bodied valve is ideal for applications that require the control of constant flow. As a normally open valve this unit will remain in the open position until power is applied, quickly closing the valve. The 304 stainless steel valve body paired with the Viton diaphragm allow this valve to operate effectively across a wide range of fluids. This valve requires no pressure to operate and will work in a gravity feed system.
The coil on this valve is IP54 rated or the equivalent to a NEMA 3. This means that it is splash resistant but not intended to be installed in a wet environment. To effectively work, the valve will need to be paired with a 24 VDC power supply capable of 1.75 amps of power. The valve can easily connect to your power supply with its 43560A DIN connection. The DIN connection comes pre-wired.
This valve requires 40 Watts of power and a current of 1.75 amps. The temperature range is between 15 to 250°F or -10 to 120°C. The pressure range is from 0 to 90 psi.
