This stand alone actuator is a direct replacement for Atlantic Valves XR22 type ball valves ranging in sizes from 1/2" up to 1". The 2-wire XR22 unit is available in a 9 to 24 AC / DC or 110-230 AC option. It will utilize power while moving to the open position all the while charging an internal capacitor. A negligible amount of power is required to maintain capacitor charge. When power is removed or in the event of a power failure the valve will return itself to the closed position.
The XR22 actuator can be controlled in many different ways including wired directly to the power source, with an inline switch or with a smart home feature to remotely control it.
We also offer a 3-Wire version without the auto return function.
